About the Project
Action is positioned as the new and dynamic hub of the electronic music scene on İstiklal Street. The venue is opening in place of Fitaş Cinema, a location that holds a significant place in Istanbul’s cultural memory. For this reason, Action’s identity was designed with an approach that blends the historical essence of cinema with the energy of electronic music.
Logo Design
The logo for Action is inspired by the "clapperboard," one of the universal symbols of cinema and performance arts. The clapperboard serves as a tribute to the venue’s past while also emphasizing the direct connection between the word "Action" and cinema. The typography is integrated onto the surface of the clapperboard, creating a composition that reflects the brand’s strong, dynamic, and contemporary character.
